SHIPPING POLICY
We provide standard shipping rates calculated at check out. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for your order to arrive at the specified location. Please note this shipping time is an estimate only. Refer to your postage tracking information for more accurate information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with your order, but if there is a fault with the product or it is not the product that you ordered, please email contact@all-wounds.com within 30 days of the date of your order to initiate the return process. Please note we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days.

Once your request has been received you will then receive a prepaid return label via email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the issue is related to a damaged or defective product, please return the product with all components/pieces. Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
